Nice work on GR 48 folks. The transition from Peter Kay and the Brits to Gloryholes by way of Gay Jesus was almost seamless. The music, Martin, was gravy, or, as we used to say, groovy.
Battlestar Galactica, the original series, seemed heavily influenced by Mormon theology. Really. I’ve not seen the new prequel series.
As for losing accents … I had a nice, posh, English accent when I was a nipper, now I sound “Canadian” … How often I hear “Well, you’re not from around here, I can tell …” Your foray into racist accents has given me an idea … Start speaking in some sort of pidgin English. Or I might just sing a lot.
